Kasia Jamroz
Kasia Jamroz is a life and leadership coach who knows what it means to navigate change—from personal upheavals to big professional pivots. She’s spent over a decade helping people move through life’s messiest middle moments with clarity, courage, and resilience.
Known for her sharp insights, practical tools, and contagious optimism, Kasia blends neuroscience-backed strategies with a deeply human approach. Her work helps people move beyond self-doubt and build lives that feel aligned, grounded, and true.
She doesn’t just coach resilience—she lives it. From running marathons and climbing a 20,000-foot Himalayan summit to moving through divorce and rediscovering love, Kasia walks the very path she teaches. Her father’s journey with dementia shaped her understanding of presence, patience, and perspective in profound ways.
When she’s not writing or coaching, she’s exploring the edges of possibility—on a trail, at the sea, or in quiet reflection.
Through retreats, workshops, and 1:1 coaching, she invites you to stop spinning and start realigning. Her belief? That your next chapter doesn’t need to be figured out—it just needs to be met with intention.

Meet Your Yoga Instructor
Alice Saltzman
Alice Saltzman is a wellness educator with a background in social work, yoga, functional nutrition, and the arts. She earned her MSW from Adelphi University in NY and has practiced yoga for over 35 years. In 2004, she became a certified yoga teacher through the Kripalu School of Yoga and Health and is now a 500-hour ERYT with extensive teaching experience.
Alice is also a Board-Certified Functional Health Coach and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, accredited by the AADP and AANWP. Since 2012, she has led group programs at Life Skills of San Francisco, covering yoga philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, creative writing, nutrition, and healthy living.
Her diverse background includes acting, owning a café in NY, and teaching medical students in NY and Florida. Alice brings a holistic, creative, and grounded approach to all her work.
