For Organizations
People can understand the change and still keep doing what they've always done.
The strategy is clear and the direction makes sense. But when the pressure is on, people reach for what feels familiar in how they think, communicate and respond.
I work with leaders, teams and organizations to make those patterns visible, through leadership coaching, team development and neuroscience-informed programs.
When The Strategy Is Clear
Knowing what needs to change doesn't mean knowing how to change.
Under pressure, people rarely reach for something new. They reach for what is familiar. That is what makes change hard, even when people genuinely want to move forward.
When the environment, the pressure and the expectations stay the same, the one thing we can control, and change, is our response to it.
I work with leaders and teams to notice the patterns that keep taking over, understand what drives them, and build the awareness to choose differently.
Awareness creates clarity. Clarity creates choice. Choice creates change.
This Work May Be Relevant When
- ✓Leaders are stepping into greater responsibility or a new role.
- ✓Teams are adapting to new processes, structures or expectations.
- ✓Established ways of working no longer produce the results you need.
- ✓Change is creating resistance, uncertainty or friction.
- ✓Leaders need to communicate, delegate or influence differently.
- ✓A team needs greater alignment around how it works together.
- ✓People know what to do differently but keep falling back into familiar responses.
Ways To Work Together
Different situations need different kinds of support.
Leadership & Executive Coaching
For leaders navigating greater responsibility, complexity and change.
Coaching creates space to work on what sits behind performance: decision-making, communication, influence, delegation, leadership presence and the patterns that show up as responsibility grows. The work is practical, confidential and shaped around the leader, the role and the organization.
Team Coaching & Facilitation
For teams that need to work differently together.
Facilitated sessions help a team look at how it communicates, makes decisions, handles pressure and responds when priorities change. We make current patterns visible, then practice more effective ways of working together.
Workshops & Change Programs
For organizations asking people to think, respond and work differently.
Workshops and longer programs combine neuroscience, behavioral change and practical application, so people notice the habits that pull them back to the familiar and practice a different response at work. Includes the NeuroChangeSolutions® program, delivered in English or Polish.
Leadership Assessments
Better leadership starts with better awareness.
Assessment gives a leader a clearer picture of how they operate, how others experience them, and which patterns get stronger under pressure. I work with Hogan Assessments, the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI), MBTI and The Leadership Circle, as a starting point for development.
Tell me what's changing in your organization.
We can start with the challenge you are trying to solve and explore what kind of support would make the most sense.
How I Work
A thoughtful process, shaped around what the organization needs.
01
Understand the context
Before deciding what support makes sense, I want to understand what is changing, where the pressure shows up and what people need to do differently. For larger engagements, this can include conversations with sponsors and key stakeholders.
02
Make the patterns visible
People can't change what they can't see. We look at the thinking, behaviors and automatic responses that may be helping, or getting in the way. Once a pattern is visible, people can ask whether the familiar response is still useful.
03
Practice under real conditions
Insight matters, and practice makes it stick. Participants work with situations from their actual roles and try different ways of responding, communicating and deciding.
04
Bring it back to the work
The aim is for something to be different when people return to work. Depending on the engagement, that may include follow-up coaching, integration sessions or further support.
